Please access your payroll system via Employee Central or, for direct payroll system backend access, via SAPgui (SAPlogon) using your VPN. Payroll URLs (myXXXXXX.payroll.ondemand.com) are just for technical system integrations. If this message shows up during a technical system integration this indicates that the called URL is not covered on the whitelist. In this case please open a ticket in our support portal and ask for a further whitelist entry. Please specify in this ticket the targeted integration and the full URL called.
